Step 1-Acrylic carving

Step 2-Lay led strips

Colored led strips with colored silicone tubes;

Step 3-Connection wires

Ensure that the solder joints are round and have no spurs, and blow out foreign objects on the PCB board to avoid the risk of short circuits;

Step 4-install silicone tubes

Cut silicone tubes with our hand tools;

Silicone tubes can be locked into acrylic without any glue process；

Step 5-Neon sign Aging

Aging time： 12-24 hours；

When aging, check whether the led strip has dark spots, and leave all problems in the factory to solve;

Step 6-install neon sign

Common installation methods are hoisting and wall installation. For outdoor use, you need to add a waterproof process;

1.How efficient are the workers in this new process?
install silicone tubes: 200-300meters/day/worker

2. What kind of backboard do you use mostly? and which thickness?
matt black 17mm forex board/5-8mm acrylic/ 7mm Polystyrene which is lower cost than acrylic.

3. How do you make outdoor neon signs?
We pour liquid AB glue into the grooves, then install silicone tubes right away. After 6-8 hours, it will be curing. We have
detailed videos which can be shared.

4. Why it doesn't need glue?
We need to carve the backboard with customized milling cutter,
then the buckle on the silicone tube is perfectly stuck with the carving groove,so glue is not needed.

5. I'm a beginner, do you have technical support?
Never worry about this point, we provide process teaching from making files to finished product!
